In October 2003 we achieved:
- ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System
- ISO 9000-3:1997 Management systems for Software Design
Both systems are complementary and require us to identify, document, implement, audit and maintain a formal set of procedures that state the business operational responses to every clause in both systems.
