Tim Ray, Design and Development Director
An original founder of act e-learning, Tim was one of the first people in the UK to be trained in instructional design. His career spans learning design through to performance and change consultancy with large corporations. With a first class analytical mind, Tim brings a breadth and depth of understanding to the whole area of education, training and personal development. As Tim would say, we havent even started yet.
Martin Spence, Technology Director
Martin was the founding director of Technimode Limited, with whom act merged in 2000. Recognising the crucial role that technology and the Internet play in delivering online learning and development, Martin is responsible to our customers and the business for meeting the ongoing challenges that technical advancements bring. Martin brings extensive knowledge of successfully implementing web technologies to the company.
Andrew Talkes, Account Director Government
Andrew has over 10 years in selling Government IT solutions. Andrew has a Masters Degree in Business from Nottingham Trent University and has considerable experience in partnership development, strategic account direction, organisational and cultural development sales and marketing. Having worked in Government for 5 years, Andrew has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges facing the public sector and how these challenges can be overcome through the implementation of IT solutions.
Richard Flyde, CPD Manager
Richard has over six years experience in working as a performance consultant to major blue chip companies. He joined act e-learning in 2000 and has worked in finance, education and government sectors, providing professional development tools to support improved performance in the workplace.
Richard brings clear understanding to performance problems and can deliver leading-edge solutions to meet organisational and individual needs. He is currently implementing online CPD solutions for a number of professional institutions and commercial customers.
